This site describes Intelergise Pty Ltd and what we build. Nothing on it is investment, legal or financial advice.

Using the apps

Human Operating System apps are provided as they are. We test what we ship and fix problems we know about, but we do not promise they are fault-free — back up anything you cannot afford to lose, the same as with any software.

See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled. In short: it stays on your device unless a feature you use says otherwise.

Services engagements

A services engagement — business operations setup, household systems setup, or a small app built to order — is governed by the fixed-scope quote you accept for that job. These general terms cover everything else on this site.

Intellectual property

The Intelergise name, the app names, and the content of this website belong to Intelergise Pty Ltd. The open-source tools we build with — Tailwind CSS and the Inter typeface — remain under their own licences.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Intelergise is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site or the apps. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change. Continuing to use the site or an app after a change means you accept the update.
