Our aim

We are working towards Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across this site.

What is already in place

• A skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
• Visible focus outlines on every link, button and menu.
• Every colour combination used for text, checked against WCAG AA contrast.
• The Products and mobile menus are built from native HTML, so they open and close with a mouse, a touch screen, or a keyboard alone — no script is required to operate them.
• Motion — smooth scrolling, hover animation — turns off automatically if your system is set to reduce motion.
• Text keeps its layout when you zoom your browser.

Where we fall short

We are a small team without a dedicated accessibility audit yet. If a page or an app does not work the way you need it to, we want to know.

If you are in Australia and unsatisfied with how we have responded, the Australian Human Rights Commission handles disability discrimination complaints.
