Who this is

Intelergise Pty Ltd (ABN 68 702 089 441), a small software company in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This policy covers intelergise.com and the Human Operating System apps. Contact: hello@intelergise.com.

What we collect from the website

If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that email — usually your name, your address for that email, and whatever you tell us about what you are trying to run. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count roughly how many people visit each page. It does not identify you, does not follow you to other sites, and stores no personal data.

What the apps collect

Every Human Operating System app runs on your own device by default. The data you enter into it — health figures, a budget, a household inventory, whatever that app is for — stays on that device.

An app only creates an account, and only then sends anything elsewhere, when a feature genuinely needs it: for example, syncing between two of your own devices. Ledger sends the business transactions you choose to Xero, because that is the feature you turned on. Nothing else leaves the device.

How we use it

To reply to you, to do the work you have engaged us for, and to understand roughly how many people visit the site. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not build an advertising profile of anyone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data, to anyone, ever. Vercel hosts this website and processes standard web request logs to serve it to you. Xero receives what Ledger sends it, because you configured that yourself. A services engagement may involve tools you already use, such as your own accounting software; that is between you and that provider.

Your rights

Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@intelergise.com. We are a small team, so you will get a reply from the person who can actually act on it, not a form response.

Children

This website and these apps are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
