Most of the setup call and the walkthrough can happen over video; the initial map and a household setup session are often easier in person if you are in Melbourne. **How long does an engagement take?** The quote says exactly how long before you commit to anything. A household or business operations setup is usually done within a couple of weeks of the first call; a small app built to order depends on its scope. **What if it does not stick?** That is what the 30-day check-in is for.
